KUCHING: The Tribunal for Housing Purchaser Claims has ordered a private developer here to pay six residents for late delivery of its condominium’s common facilities.
Presiding over the case was tribunal chairman Datuk Maznah Dasri, who after revealing details of the case, ordered the developer of the condominium in Batu Kawa to pay up around RM60,000 in total to all six claimants.
