BUYERS of Phase 1 of the iconic Battersea Power Station in Central London were treated to a Beatlemania appreciation dinner at the grand ballroom of The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur recently.

A Malaysian consortium comprising property developer SP Setia Bhd, plantation giant Sime Darby Bhd and the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) now own the largest redevelopment, which has a gross development value (GDV) of RM40bil.
