MIRI: The incident involving the killing of a teenager in Lawas town last year by a gang of men during a public brawl will now proceed to full trial in the High Court here, with the nine accused to jointly face murder charge that carries the mandatory death penalty upon conviction.
The court has held a case-management proceeding between the parties involved in the case to make sure that all parties are ready to go ahead with the full hearing.
