JOHOR BARU: The Consumer Claims Tribunal here has ordered a furniture company to pay a full refund to a customer after failing to provide a marble dining table of satisfactory quality, which was paid for seven months before it was delivered.
Supervisor M. Saravanan, 41, claimed that he had purchased the dining table last April during a home and furniture fair.
