A showcase of Swedish cuisine

THE Swedish Embassy launched its first and biggest culinary event recently to raise awareness on the country’s cuisine and to promote cultural exchange between Sweden and Malaysia.

The 10-day event, called Culinary Sweden — A Great Food Nation, started with a cooking lesson by award-winning Swedish chef Michael Elfwing, who took members of the media and food blogger through a full-course Swedish meal, at Starhill Culinary Studio.
