KUCHING: Weida (M) Bhd has planned for a second high-rise residential condominium project with estimated gross development value (GDV) of RM330mil.
The proposed development in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur will comprise one block of condominium tower with net saleable area of some 40,375 sq m, a five-level carpark and recreational facilities and amenities.
