TANCO Holdings Bhd has engaged Impiana Hotels and Resorts Management Sdn Bhd (IHRM) to manage and operate Splash Park Suites, the resort segment of a proposed mixed development known as Splash Park in Port Dickson, Negri Sembilan.
Tanco executive director Chan Chee Meng said the project, which is Tanco’s first resort development located within Palm Springs Resort City (PSRC), comprises 830 fully-furnished serviced units with built-up areas of between 340sq ft and 685sq ft.
