DEPUTY Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Datuk Dr Abu Bakar Mohamad Diah urged all universities not to be frugal when it comes to spending money on technological research.
“Money must be spent on good research in order to keep up with modern day technology. If we don’t start now, we will be left behind,” he said in Penang.
