Plans in progress for new fire and rescue stations

JOHOR BARU: There are plans to build new fire and rescue stations each in Nusajaya and Pengerang, Kota Tinggi in view of the vast development taking place in the two areas.

The state fire and rescue department director Datuk Ab Ghani Daud said work on the Nusajaya station would start next year and the Pengerang project in 2015.
