KUCHING: A proposal is in the pipeline to turn Samarahan Rehabilitation Centre into a centre of excellence for the disabled (OKUs).
The Welfare Department is working with the Welfare, Women and Family Development Ministry to fine-tune the proposal before presenting it to the state Cabinet for approval.
