ASTATE-owned land, measuring almost a hectare, has been used illegally as a dumping ground for the past two years, said Gombak district officer Datuk Nor Hisham Ahmad Dahlan.
Following complaints from the public, Nor Hisham, along with officers from the Selayang Municipal Council (MPS), Gombak District and Land Office, as well as state Environment Department checked the dump site located off Batu 29, off Jalan Batu Arang.
