THE first phase of Jalan Segambut, Kuala Lumpur widening project will not ease traffic congestion unless the second phase is complete.
Segambut MP Lim Lip Eng said Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor had explained in Parliament that Phase A was scheduled to be completed in November but Phase B was suspended until further notice due to budget constraints in the Federal Government.
