THIS Hari Raya Aidilfitri, shipping executive Ruslan S.M. Sheriff scrapped plans to ‘balik kampung’ to Kedah with his family so that he can host an open house in Penang for his neighbours.
The 54-year-old said he and his wife Rohimah Abu Bakar decided to hold an open house for their neighbours in Taman Jade View, Bukit Gambier, this year, to share and spread the ‘muhibbah’ spirit.
