KUCHING: Retired security guard Hiew Fah Siong, 58, is at his wits’ end the moment he received an eviction notice from Kuching South City Council (MBKS) to vacate a low-cost flat which he has lived in since 1967.
The notice states that he has until noon this Oct 31 to vacate the flat because the family owns private property in the form of land in Batu Kawah, he said.
