PENANG Youth FC made it count when it mattered most to pick up the last promotion ticket to the Penang Chinese FA Super League next season.
They had needed nothing less than an outright win over Chinese Wanderers in their last Premier League clash to pip the latter for the promotion and did just that by winning the match 2-0 through two lightning goals mid-way into the second half.
