KUCHING: A prohibitory order issued against former Padungan assemblyman Dominique Ng compelling him to pay RM10,000 in cost to Bandar Kuching MP Chong Chieng Jen is just a natural legal course of action.
Chong said the amount was more than reasonable as he and his team of lawyers had spent immense time and energy in preparing for the defamation case brought by Ng against him in 2008.
