KUCHING: Instacom Group Bhd is seeking shareholder approval for a proposed bonus issue of free warrants at its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) in Kuala Lumpur on Aug 16.
The proposed bonus issue of 351,127,130 free warrants is on the basis of one free warrant for every two existing shares of 10 sen each in the company.
