Study on sleep deprivation at international conference next month


KUCHING: Findings of a study on the effect of sleep deprivation on behaviour will be presented at a four-day 9th International Conference on Cognitive Science (ICCS 2013) on Aug 27 at Hilton Kuching here.

The paper “Why Sleep?: Neurobehavioral Changes Following Sleep Deprivation” will be delivered by Singapore Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School Cognitive Neuroscience Centre director Dr Michael Chee, who is among the keynote speakers at the four-day conference.
