KOTA KINABALU: Rodent and cockroach infested coffeeshops were among 12 restaurants shut down by health inspectors during a blitz around the state capital.
The coffeeshops and restaurants in Segama and Kampung Air within the city’s town area were ordered closed for two weeks as the inspectors found that they did not comply with the cleanliness requirements for food preparation, equipment hygiene and clean premises.
