JOHOR BARU: Members of the public have only themselves to be blame for falling for scratch and win scams due to gullibility and greed. Johor police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Mohd Mokhtar Mohd Shariff said despite media reports on such cases, many were still being victimised by the syndicates.

“Malaysians are not the only victims but also include foreigners especially Singaporeans, causing them to lose hundreds of thousands of ringgit,” he said during a press conference here early last month.
