THERE is a growing trend towards online travel buys among Malaysian consumers as demonstrated by the strong increase in online visitors for Sota’s fifth Virtual Travel Fair (VTF) recently.
According to Creative Advances Technology Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Rohizam Md Yusoff, the response was amazing as they experienced almost twice as many daily visitors and a triple digit growth of 131% in travel package enquiry value, as compared to the 4th VTF that was held last September.
