KUCHING: Five-term Stampin incumbent Datuk Yong Khoon Seng has advised young voters in the constituency to look at Barisan Nasional’s track record before they cast their votes.
He said the track record should be used as the yardstick for them, especially first time voters, to decide whom to vote.
