The public has given the thumbs up to Barisan Nasional’s pledge in its election manifesto to reduce car excise duties, which would lead to a gradual decrease in car prices to between 20% and 30%.
Describing the promise as attractive, car sales executive Raizal Rathi, 37, said it would definitely ease the people’s burden.
