MIRI: Barisan Nasional grassroots campaigners have been told to tread cautiously because the manner in which they deal with hot, sensitive issues could determine the fate of the ruling coalition in their constituencies.
When speaking about this to The Star yesterday, SPDP secretary-general Datuk Nelson Balang Rining said Barisan felt that local issues were still very pivotal, and could sway voter decisions on polling day.
