JOHOR BARU: Residents in Kempas are crying foul over the setting up of an illegal rubbish dumpsite on a 0.81ha land opposite their houses.
The residents are also disgusted by the sight and smell of household waste and industrial waste like broken glass, wood planks and ceramics near Jalan Banjaran 10.
