KUCHING: Students enrolled in government-certified and recognised skills training centres are eligible to apply for Development Skills Fund.
The fund is made available under the Skills Development Department to help students from low-income families, said Welfare, Women and Family Development Minister Datuk Fatimah Abdullah.
