‘Pet in every home’ programme gets support of community


MIRI: A task force made up of non-governmental organisations (NGOs), schools, government agencies and members of the public has been formed to help ensure the success of the new “Pet in Every Home” programme.

Comprising representatives from the Education Department, Veterinary Department, the division’s Malaysian Red Crescent chapter, Sunflower Centre, Zero Strays, Palliative Care Centre, Hopoh Association, Masjid Al Taqwa, Masjid Kampung Luak, Sekolah Tunas Bakti and St Columba Church, the movement will distribute pamphlets to promote the good cause.
