THE Penang Water Supply Corporation Sdn Bhd (PBAPP) has recorded a drop in non-revenue water (NRW) for 2012.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng, who is also PBAPP chairman, said the 17.6% of NRW recorded last year was the lowest in the country which had an average 36.7%.
