THE Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) has issued 25 summonses for five hawker centres in Bukit Mertajam for using polystyrene containers.
MPSP president Maimunah Mohd Sharif said that among the hawker centres fined were Taman Pelangi A (nine compounds), Taman Pelangi B (two),Taman Pelangi A temporary stalls (three), Taman Pelangi B temporary stalls (three) and Astaka Perda (eight).
