STARTING from June, motorists will have to take Petaling Jaya City Council’s (MBPJ) traffic regulations seriously or risk being blacklisted or even face legal action.
In a move to check errant motorists, MBPJ has applied to the Transport Ministry to empower it to issue summonses for traffic offences.
