KUCHING: To minimise confusion and prevent delays, applications to display advertisements and banners that contain languages other than English and Bahasa Malaysia need to include translations.
“Provide us with translations. Not all our staff members can read Chinese,” said Mohd Taufik Abdul Ghani, who is chairman of the Public Health and Licensing Standing Committee at Kuching South City Council (MBKS).
