SELANGOR Mentri Besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim has revealed the Pakatan Rakyat-led state government’s true intentions with the decision to freeze federal government projects in the state, said Selangor MCA Youth chairman Dr Kow Cheong Wei.
“Malaysia practises a democratic parliamentary system, under which there are three levels of government — federal, state and local,” he said.
