OSK Properties, the developer for the new Atria Shopping Centre in SS22 Damansara Jaya, said a Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) conducted by an expert found that there would be limited impact on traffic conditions despite the inclusion of cineplexes in its proposed amendment plans.
The developer’s Public Relations and Communications spokeswoman Emily Cheng, in a statement, said the decision by OSK Properties to replace retail space with a number of cineplexes was a commercial decision based on market survey and demand.
