THE introduction of the centralised Inspection by Appointment (IBA) system at five Puspakom centres in Klang Valley has prevented touts and runners from making block bookings.
The implementation at its centres in Padang Jawa and Taman Alam Megah in Shah Alam, Cheras, Wangsa Maju and Bukit Maluri from last month has also led to removing touts, said Puspakom chief executive officer Mohammed Shukor Ismail.
