BUTTERWORTH: The removal of banners bearing the image of Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak was conducted in accordance with the Local Council Act, said the Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP).
The MPSP in a statement clarified that it was just a routine action being carried out against those failing to comply with the council’s rules.
