KUCHING: Sarawak’s residential property prices are expected to remain hot this year in localities where demand is robust.
Sarawak Housing and Real Estates Developers Association (Sheda) secretary Sim Kiang Chiok said there was a high demand for residential properties, especially in Bintulu which was spurred by industrial development under the Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy (SCORE).
