Achiever Development ceases to be substantial shareholder in Perdana Petroleum


KUCHING: Achiever Development Sdn Bhd, which is controlled by Sarawakian corporate figures Datuk Tiong Su Kuok and son Tiong Chiong Hiiung, had sold its entire stake of 36,535,041 shares of 50 sen each or 7.32% stake in Perdana Petroleum Bhd.

Achiever Development, the third single largest shareholder in Perdana Petroleum as at April 30, last year ceased to be a sub-stantial shareholder in the latter on Jan 16 after disposing the shares in the open market, according to a recent filing with Bursa Malaysia.
