IPOH folks are resorting to setting fire to illegal rubbish piles in a desperate attempt to rid stench from uncollected waste in their neighbourhoods.
Taman Rishah resident J. Harbhajan Singh said it was not unusual to see fellow residents setting fire to rubbish piles, which remain uncollected by the Ipoh City Council for weeks.
