ONE million devotees and visitors are expected to throng the Arulmigu Balathandayuthapani hilltop temple in Jalan Kebun Bunga during the three-day Thaipusam celebrations.
To ensure the celebrations are carried out smoothly, the Penang Hindu Endowment Board (PHEB) and the temple committee will work together with the relevant authorities such as the police, Penang Port Sdn Bhd and Rapid Penang and other government agencies in the state.
