IT WAS a sunny Saturday morning and Yasmin Osman stood watching 20 children from the Desa Mentari Project playing football while her brother Muhd Yasir Osman gave out instructions with a whistle in hand.
The siblings have been working together to run the community tuition programme since 2010, taking over from their mother, Mawarni Hassan, who started the project in 2007.
