PERAK Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abd Kadir became an example for everyone to keep Ipoh clean by joining Ipoh City Council garbage collectors so he could experience first-hand the work they do (Getting down and dirty, MetroPerak, Feb 4).

The general public should be made aware of the important message put across that keeping clean is the business of all law-abiding, civic-minded and responsible citizens.
