FORMER St Thomas School principal M.N.D’Cruz has lost his hearing in the right ear and uses a hearing aid for the other one. The 86-year-old has also been using a walking stick for about two years.

Despite his age, D’ Cruz’s mind is still sharp especially when contemplating the future of St Thomas School primary and secondary schools. The subject always comes up during reunion gatherings with former students and teachers.
