Ethics, betrayal and taxes

I JUST did my tax returns via e-filing this week. I was shocked to find out that I owed the taxman a few thousand ringgit even though I have made deductions of a thousand ringgit a month. So there goes the holiday I had planned.

The good thing about e-filing is I don’t have to send in all the supporting documents and receipts (but must keep them, if the efficient tax people decide to do an audit).
