Survey cites electronics giant as a leading brand that actively engages with communities


Respondents believe that community engagement activities are genuinely beneficial to society.

DO CORPORATE social responsibility efforts impact a company’s standing with consumers? If a recent study is anything to go by, the answer seems to be “yes”.

A survey of nine countries across South-East Asia and Oceania by Kadence Singapore and commissioned by Samsung Electronics revealed that brand perception was found to be elevated when consumers were aware of a brand’s community engagement efforts.
