THE value of residential properties in Seberang Prai is expected to stay flat in 2016, following a year which has seen the total value drop by 18.51% in 2015.

Despite the weakened market, Seberang Prai will see innovative launches from major developers in 2016, due primarily to lower land prices in the mainland that allow developers to build quality homes at attractive pricing.
