AFTER three days of battling it out on the field, the Teluk Intan Stars emerged as champions among a field of 32 teams at the EWRF Malaysia-Civil Society Intervention (CSI) National Netball Tournament.
An intense battle during the final match against runners-up Tanjung Malim saw the Stars edge their counterparts 10-8 amid cheering fans while the third-placing playoffs saw EWRF Penang beat Teluk Intan Stars 6-1.
