PENANG Sports Club (PSC) is set to cough up an estimated RM6mil to improve their sports facilities.
PSC president Loo Choo Teng said this eagerly awaited enhancement was possible because the club had nearly completed paying the six instalments to the state government for a 60-year lease on their premises.
