Former national coach urges junior shuttlers to use SS Purple League as platform to sharpen their skills

Former national badminton head coach Yap Kim Hock hopes that junior shuttlers will take full advantage of the opportunity to showcase their talents when they take part in major championships.

Kim Hock said the SS Purple League (SSPL) 2016/2017, which will see the implementation of the 11- point scoring system, represents a good platform for the junior players to further sharpen their skills as they compete against internationally acclaimed players.
