Young wushu students bagging medals at international meets

INSPIRED by her cousin who clinched a silver medal in the taijiquan discipline at the Singapore SEA Games, 10-year-old Tang Koh Ming in Penang now wants to become the next wushu world champion.

The Year Four pupil of SJK (C) Kwang Hwa in Sungai Nibong, whose cousin Chan Lu Yi chalked up 9.65 points to win the medal, said she first took up wushu when she was seven years old.
