THE chairman of the management committee of Chong Hwa Independent High School in Jalan Ipoh is defending its use of land located under the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (Duke) flyover as a parking lot.
Tan Sri Lim Keng Cheng told StarMetro that he applied to use the 2.45ha land under the highway as a carpark on behalf of the school in 2017.
